What are message templates?
Message templates are pre-written messages you can quickly insert when communicating with customers via WhatsApp or other channels. They save time on repetitive messages and ensure consistent, professional communication.
How do I create a template?
Go to Communication > Message Templates and tap the add button. Write your message content, assign a category, and optionally add variable placeholders like customer name or order number. Save and it's ready to use.
How do template variables work?
Variables are placeholders in your template that get replaced with actual data when you use the message. Common variables include customer name, product name, order number, and appointment date. They appear as bracketed text and are filled automatically when you send.
What template categories are available?
Templates are organized by category such as greetings, follow-ups, order updates, appointment reminders, and promotions. Categories help you quickly find the right template for each situation. You can create templates in any category.
