Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MyPink Party, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
Description of Service
MyPink Party is a business management application designed for Independent Beauty Consultants. The service provides tools for managing customers, inventory, orders, appointments, and financial tracking.
User Accounts
To use our service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with the proper operation of the service
Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Third-Party Services
Our service may contain links to or integrations with third-party services (such as Google, Facebook, Apple for authentication, AWS for data storage and AI-assisted processing such as document and questionnaire scanning, PostHog for analytics, and Sentry for error tracking). Analytics and error tracking services are only activated with your explicit consent. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these third-party services.
Disclaimers and Limitations
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The court of jurisdiction is Amtsgericht Fürth, Germany, to the extent permitted by law.
Subscriptions and Payments
MyPink Party offers optional paid subscription plans that unlock additional features. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms.
Subscription Tiers
We offer a single subscription: MyPink Plus, available with monthly or yearly billing. Its features and pricing are described on the subscription page within the application. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Billing and Auto-Renewal
All subscriptions are billed through our payment provider. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your payment method will be charged automatically upon renewal.
Free trials may be offered on select subscription plans at our discretion. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and your payment method will be charged.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on our website. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to your subscription features until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Refunds
Refund requests may be submitted through your account settings or by contacting our support team at legal@mypink.group. Refunds are subject to our refund policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance and will take effect at the start of your next billing period. Continued use of the subscription after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Upgrading and Downgrading
You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription tier at any time. For monthly subscriptions, changes take effect immediately. For yearly subscriptions, upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge, while downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Your payment information is securely processed by our payment provider. We do not directly store your full payment details.
End User License Agreement (EULA)
This End User License Agreement governs your use of the MyPink Party application. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.
License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the application, solely for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these terms.
Scope of Use
This license allows you to use the application as intended for managing your independent beauty consulting business. You may not use the application for purposes other than those for which it was designed.
Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the application or any part thereof
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
- Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the application
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices in the application
- Use the application to develop a competing product or service
Web Platform Terms
If you access the application through a web browser, you acknowledge that this agreement governs your use of the web-based version of the service. Browser compatibility requirements and service availability may vary. Your use is additionally subject to your browser's terms of service and your internet service provider's terms.
Apple App Store Terms
If you downloaded the application from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that: (a) this agreement is between you and MyPink Digital Solutions UG (haftungsbeschränkt), not Apple; (b) Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the application; (c) in the event of any failure of the application, Apple has no warranty obligation; (d) Apple is not responsible for any claims relating to the application; and (e) Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement.
Google Play Store Terms
If you downloaded the application from the Google Play Store, you acknowledge that Google has no obligation or liability with respect to the application or this agreement. Google is not responsible for the application, its content, or any claims arising from your use of the application.
