What is the Videos feature?
The Videos feature lets you create and manage product demonstrations, training content, and promotional videos. Upload videos, add metadata and keywords, and share them with your customers or team.
How do I add a video?
Go to Communication > Videos and tap the add button. Upload your video file, add a title and description, set keywords for discoverability, and choose a thumbnail. Videos go through processing after upload before they're ready to share.
How do I manage videos?
Your video list shows all content with status indicators (draft, ready, processing, uploading). Filter by status to find specific videos. You can edit metadata, update keywords, or remove videos at any time.
How does video feedback work?
Videos can receive feedback ratings from viewers. The feedback analytics show how your content is performing, helping you understand which videos resonate most with your audience and guiding future content creation.
Where do I find in-app tutorials?
In-app tutorials are short how-to videos about using MyPink Party. Open them from the Tutorials card on the Help page, or from the banner that appears on your Dashboard.
Browse the list, filter by category, and tap any tutorial to play it — captions are built in. You can also share a link to a tutorial from the player.
These are different from the Videos feature: tutorials teach you how to use the app, while Videos is for content you create and share with your own customers.
