Reminders

Alerts and follow-up management

What types of reminders are there?

Reminders appear in "My Tasks" and "Your Day Today", and on the customer's profile:

  • Follow-ups — after a customer's first order, by your "Follow-up Schedule"
  • Reorders — when a customer is due to reorder, based on their buying rhythm
  • Reconnect — when a customer's health score drops
  • Birthdays — before a customer's birthday
  • Low stock — when a product runs low
  • Conditional discounts — on the repayment deadline
  • Your own reminders — once, or repeating daily, weekly or monthly
How are follow-up reminders created automatically?

Orders create follow-ups for you:

  • A customer's first order — follow-up appointments with reminders according to your "Follow-up Schedule" (by default 2, 14 and 60 days later), if "Customer Follow-up Reminders" is on
  • Later orders — a reorder reminder, if "Monthly Reorder Reminders" is on
  • Conditional discount — a reminder for its deadline

If "I keep products in stock" is off, follow-ups and reorder reminders start when you mark the order as delivered, or right away with "Delivered immediately". You can change these options in Settings → Reminder Settings.

What is "Plan the next appointment?"

When you complete a customer reminder, the app can suggest the next appointment. Use the slider to pick how many days ahead — the recommendation is based on the customer's reorder rhythm or your reminder settings — and tap "Create appointment". "Not now" skips it once; "Don't ask again" turns it off. You can switch it back on in Settings → "Reminder Settings" → "Suggest a follow-up".

What actions can I take on reminders?

In "My Tasks", tap a reminder to see what you can do — depending on the type: complete it, snooze it by a day, send a message, call the customer or dismiss it. Tap a ticked item to untick it.

How do I configure reminder settings?

Open Settings → "Reminder Settings". There you set "Customer Follow-up Reminders" and your "Follow-up Schedule" (by default 2, 14 and 60 days after a first order), "Monthly Reorder Reminders" with "Learn interval from purchase history", "Low Stock Reminders", "Client Retention" (reconnect reminders), "Product Fulfillment" ("I keep products in stock") and "Follow-up suggestions". When and how you're notified is set in "Notification Settings".

What does "I keep products in stock" do?

The switch is in Settings → Reminder Settings under "Product Fulfillment" and is on by default. Keep it on if you hand products over from your own stock:

  • New orders deduct stock, and "Stock Overview" appears in the menu
  • Follow-ups start as soon as you save an order

Switch it off if you don't keep stock, e.g. because you order the products for each customer. Then stock isn't tracked, and follow-ups wait until you mark an order as "Delivered". When creating an order you can switch on "Delivered immediately" to start them right away.
