Receipts

Receipts are automatically generated whenever you create an order. You don't need to create them manually. Each receipt is linked to its order and contains all the relevant transaction details.

Each receipt includes:

• Receipt number (unique identifier)
• Your business information (name, contact, signature)
• Customer information (name, email, phone, address)
• Itemized list with product names, quantities, prices, and discounts
• Subtotal, tax (if applicable), and total amount
• Date of generation

Receipts are numbered automatically using the format REC-YYYYMMDD-XXXX where YYYY is the year, MM the month, DD the day, and XXXX is a sequential counter. This ensures every receipt has a unique, traceable number.
