Products

Open the menu under "Business" → "Products" and tap the round button "Add Product". "Add New Product" is a single form with these sections:

• "Product Information" — "SKU" (with a scan button), "Product Name", "Categories", "Description", "Product Image"
• "Product Set" — switch on if the product is a set made of other products
• "Pricing Information" — "Retail Price" and your purchase price ("Consultant Price" or "Cost Price", depending on your business type)

Required:

• "SKU" — unique product code, 1–50 characters
• "Product Name" — 1–500 characters
• "Categories" — 1 or 2
• "Retail Price" — greater than 0
• "Consultant Price" or "Cost Price" — greater than 0 and not higher than the retail price (otherwise: "Must not exceed retail price")

If "Product Set" is on, add at least one product to the set. "Description" (up to 1,000 characters) and "Product Image" are optional.

Open "Products", tap the gear icon and choose "Download Product Catalog". Pick your brand: the catalog comes in your app language where available, and the app offers to clean up products that are no longer in the new catalog.

Under "Catalog Import Discount" you can set a percentage off the retail price; the consultant price of every imported product is calculated from it. "Discount Presets" are the quick percentages offered when you set consultant prices.

Open "Products", tap the round button and choose "Scan Catalog Page". Take a photo or choose one from your library, crop it to the page and let AI read the products. Check the list under "Extracted Products" and add them in one step.

The photo is analysed by AI on servers in the EU and is never used to train AI models.

You can scan a barcode or QR code in three places:

• Product form — the scan button next to "SKU" fills in the SKU. If another product already uses it, you see a warning.
• Product list — the camera icon in the search bar opens the matching product.
• "Stock Overview" — the round button "Scan". For a known product choose "Add to Inventory" or "Edit Inventory". For an unknown code choose "Select Existing Product" (links the code to that product) or "Add New Product" (opens the form with the SKU filled in). "Stock Overview" is only in the menu while "I keep products in stock" is on.

Supported codes: QR, EAN-13, EAN-8, Code 128 and Code 39. Flashlight and camera switch are available.

Each product requires 1 to 2 category selections. Categories help organize your product catalog and make it easier to find products when creating orders or browsing inventory. Choose categories that best describe the product type.
