Time Slots
Manage your availability schedule
What are time slots?
Time slots represent your available times for customer appointments and consultations. They help you organize your schedule and let customers see when you're free. Each slot has a status: available, booked, or expired.
How do I create time slots?
Go to Tools > Time Slots and tap the add button. Set the date, start time, end time, and optionally assign a customer. You can also use the bulk creation wizard to generate multiple slots at once across several days.
How does the calendar view work?
The time slot calendar shows your availability in month, week, or day view. Color-coded slots indicate their status — available slots are open for booking, booked slots show the assigned customer, and expired slots are grayed out.
How does the bulk creation wizard work?
The time slot wizard helps you create multiple slots efficiently. Set your preferred working hours, days of the week, and slot duration. The wizard generates optimized time slots based on your preferences and existing schedule.
What do time slot statuses mean?
Time slots have three statuses:
- Available — Open for booking, customers can request this time
- Booked — A customer has been assigned to this slot
- Expired — The time has passed and the slot is no longer active
Statuses update automatically based on date and customer assignments.
