What are challenges?
Challenges are team-based competitions where members work toward shared goals. They motivate your team by tracking metrics like sales volume, customer growth, or order counts over a set period. Join existing challenges or create your own.
How do I create a challenge?
Only team directors can create challenges. Open the team, tap the round button and choose "Create Challenge". Give it a title, choose the metric and the period ("1 Month", "3 Months" or "Custom"), and decide whether it repeats when it ends and whether members see each other's actual values ("Share actual values with team").
How does the leaderboard work?
Each challenge has a live leaderboard showing participant rankings based on the tracked metric. Rankings update as members make progress. You can see your position, your score, and how close you are to the next rank.
What metrics can challenges track?
A challenge tracks one of five metrics: revenue, new customers, orders placed, appointments or contacts. The metric you choose decides how progress is measured and ranked.
What do challenge statuses mean?
Challenges have three statuses:
- Active — Currently running, participants can still contribute
- Upcoming — Scheduled but not yet started
- Completed — Time period ended, final results are locked
