How do I create or join a team?
Navigate to Teams from the main menu. To create a new team, tap the Create Team action and give your team a name. To join an existing team, use the Join Team action and enter the team's invite code. You can belong to multiple teams as either a director or a member.
What are team challenges?
Team challenges are competitions where team members work toward shared goals over a set period. Directors can create challenges with specific metrics like sales targets or customer growth. A leaderboard tracks everyone's performance so members can see how they rank.
How do member profiles and badges work?
Each team member has a profile showing their display name, achievement badges, and current badge level. Members can view each other's profiles to see accomplishments. Directors have additional management capabilities including removing members.
How do team invitations work?
When you receive a team invitation, it appears as a banner on the Team List screen. You can accept or decline invitations. Directors can invite new members to their team, and pending invitations are tracked until they are accepted or expire.
