Manage your plan and MyPink Plus features
What is MyPink Plus?
MyPink Party offers a single subscription: MyPink Plus. It unlocks every feature — customers, orders, products, inventory, appointments, WhatsApp integration, Care Journeys, AI-powered outreach, advanced analytics, loyalty program, team collaboration, and videos. New users get a free trial before subscribing.
How does the free trial work?
New users receive a free trial of MyPink Plus to explore every feature. During the trial, you have full access to every feature in the app.
Trial reminders are sent at 14, 7, 3, and 1 days before the trial expires so you have time to decide.
If you don't choose a subscription plan before the trial ends, your account moves to the free tier — your existing data stays safe and you keep using the app, but creating new records is limited by the free-tier caps (around 8 customers, 2 orders per customer, and 3 invoices). Subscribe to MyPink Plus anytime to remove the caps.
What features are included?
The Subscription screen shows everything included in MyPink Plus, organized by category (e.g., Communication, Analytics, Engagement) so you can see all the features you get.
How do I manage my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device. You can choose monthly or yearly billing.
To manage, upgrade, or cancel your subscription, go to the Subscription screen in the app or visit your device's app store subscription settings. If you cancel, you retain MyPink Plus access until the end of your current billing period.
What are the free usage limits?
Without a MyPink Plus subscription, the app runs on a free tier that caps how many records you can create. The limits currently are:
- Customers — around 8 in total
- Orders — around 2 per customer
- Invoices — around 3 (uploaded and manually added, combined)
Each affected screen shows a small usage badge (for example "3 / 8") so you can see how much headroom is left. These numbers can be adjusted over time, so the exact caps you see may differ.
Subscribers are not limited — MyPink Plus removes the caps entirely, and you also stay unlimited during your free trial and any grace period.
What happens when I reach a usage limit?
When you try to create a record beyond the free-tier cap, the Subscription screen opens with a "limit reached" message inviting you to upgrade to MyPink Plus. Your existing data is never touched — you simply can't add more of that record type until you subscribe.
Tapping the usage badge while you still have headroom shows a gentle nudge rather than the "reached" message.
How this differs from the trial: the trial is time-based full access with no caps, while the free-tier caps are quantity limits that apply once you're not subscribed. Subscribing (or being in the trial or grace period) lifts the caps.
