AI-powered business analytics

What are AI-powered business insights?

Insights automatically analyze your business data and surface actionable observations. They cover six categories: revenue trends, customer behavior, product performance, appointment patterns, inventory status, and overall trends. Each insight is color-coded by sentiment (positive, neutral, or needs attention) so you can quickly focus on what matters.

What is the weekly summary card?

The weekly summary card appears on your dashboard and shows your business performance for the current week, including total revenue, revenue change compared to the previous period, and order count. Tap it to view the full Insights screen for more details.

How does the AI chat assistant work?

The AI chat lets you ask business questions in natural language, such as "How is my revenue?" or "Who are my top customers?". Pre-built queries for common questions are available to all users for free. For custom questions, the app uses an AI-powered engine to analyze your data and provide detailed answers.

What is the difference between pre-built and custom queries?

Pre-built queries are common business questions that run instantly using optimized data lookups — these are free for all users. Custom queries use AI to interpret your natural language question, query your business database, and generate a detailed answer. Custom AI-powered queries require a premium subscription.

What does Party Analytics show?

Party Analytics rolls up all your completed parties into key metrics: total parties, average attendees, average sales, and average rating, plus running totals for sales and bookings.

You'll also see a breakdown of parties by type and a monthly trend chart of parties and sales, so you can spot which formats and months perform best.

The screen fills in once you have at least one completed party — before that it shows an empty state.

How do I view a shared party digest?

When a team member shares a party digest to your network, you can open it to see who posted it (consultant name and team) along with the party metrics — attendees, new bookings, and success rating.

The detail view also shows the written summary, highlights, and improvement ideas from the digest.

Shared digests are read-only and privacy-safe: they never include customer names or exact sales amounts.
