Set targets and track your progress
How do I set up business goals?
Navigate to Goals from the dashboard. You can configure goals for different business metrics like sales, customers, and appointments. For each goal, toggle it on, choose a time period (weekly, monthly, or quarterly), and set a numeric target. Your goals are saved automatically and start tracking immediately.
How does goal progress tracking work?
Once you set goals, progress rings appear on your dashboard showing real-time completion for each active goal. The rings fill as you make progress toward your targets. A pace indicator shows whether you are ahead, on track, or behind schedule.
Can I see my past goal performance?
Yes, the Goal History screen shows your completed goal periods with data visualizations. You can review how you performed in previous weeks, months, or quarters, identify trends, and use this information to set more realistic future targets.
What are achievements and badges?
Achievements are badges you earn by reaching milestones in your business. They are organized into seven categories:
- Customers — Milestones for growing your customer base
- Sales — Revenue and order targets
- Appointments — Completed appointment milestones
- Streaks — Consecutive days of activity
- Goals — Completing goal targets
- Loyalty — Referral milestones
- Engagement — Active use of app features
Unlocked badges show in full color with the date earned, while locked ones display your progress toward earning them.
How do activity streaks work?
Activity streaks track consecutive days you actively use the app for business tasks like creating orders, adding customers, or scheduling appointments. Maintaining a streak earns you streak-category achievement badges. Your current streak and longest streak are visible on the dashboard.
What are daily check-in rewards?
Daily Check-in is a gamification feature that rewards you for opening the app each day. Tap the check-in prompt to claim your daily reward. Rewards accumulate over the week, with a special Weekly Champion bonus if you check in every day.
Daily check-in helps build consistency and keeps you engaged with your business tracking routine.
Where can I see all my badges and the Hall of Fame?
The Badge Gallery shows all available badges organized by category, with unlocked badges displayed in full color and locked ones showing your progress. You can filter between active and archived badges.
The Hall of Fame highlights your most impressive accomplishments. Badges have tiers and levels — as you reach higher milestones, you earn upgraded versions of each badge with prestige levels.
