Daily Todo

The Dashboard section "Your Day Today" shows what's due today; "View all" opens "My Tasks" with everything in one list. Use the week strip to look at other days — anything you missed earlier appears under "Don't forget". The + button at the top adds a "Reminder" or an "Appointment".

"My Tasks" groups your tasks into eight types:

• "Follow-ups" — follow-ups after orders
• "Appointments" — your appointments
• "Reminders" — reminders you created
• "Birthdays" — customer birthdays
• "Reorders" — customers who are due to reorder
• "Reconnect" — customers you should get back in touch with
• "Pending Orders" — orders that aren't delivered yet
• "Low Stock" — products running low

Chips at the top show how many there are per type; each type is its own section you can open and close.

The ring in the top card of "My Tasks" shows how much of the day's list you've done: how many items are still to go, the percentage and a short word of encouragement. Every item you complete moves the ring forward.

Tap an item to see what you can do with it — depending on the type, e.g. complete it, snooze it by a day, send a message, call, mark an order as delivered, update stock or dismiss it. Tap a ticked item to untick it.

When everything is done, "My Tasks" shows "All done!" and "Enjoy your day!".
