What is the Daily Todo?
The Daily Todo shows all your tasks for today in one place. It combines follow-ups, appointments, customer birthdays, and reminders into a single prioritized list so you never miss an important action.
What types of tasks appear?
Your daily tasks include:
- Follow-ups — Customer follow-up reminders
- Appointments — Today's scheduled appointments
- Birthdays — Customer birthdays to acknowledge
- Reminders — Custom reminders you've set
Tasks are grouped by type with collapsible sections for easy navigation.
How does the progress ring work?
The progress ring at the top shows your completion percentage for the day. As you check off tasks, the ring fills up and the percentage updates. It gives you a quick visual indicator of how much you've accomplished.
What happens when I complete all tasks?
When you complete all daily tasks, a celebratory animation appears with an AI-generated motivation message. This acknowledges your productivity and encourages you to keep up the momentum.
