How do I set up my commission structure?
Use the Commission Setup Wizard to configure your commission plan. The wizard walks you through selecting a brand preset, defining commission tiers, setting period lengths, and configuring qualification rules. You can customize every aspect to match your compensation plan.
What commission presets are available?
Commission presets are pre-configured templates based on popular direct sales compensation plans. Select your brand's preset to automatically populate tier levels, percentage rates, and qualification criteria. You can then customize the preset to match your specific arrangement.
How do tiered commissions work?
Commission tiers define different earning levels based on your sales performance. Each tier has a sales threshold and a commission percentage. As your sales increase and cross tier thresholds, you earn higher commission rates. The app tracks your progress toward each tier.
What are commission periods?
Commission periods define the time window for calculating your earnings — typically monthly or quarterly. At the end of each period, your total sales are evaluated against tier thresholds to determine your commission rate. View current and past period results anytime.
How do I manage commission rules?
Commission rules define special conditions and bonuses in your compensation plan. Go to Settings > Commission Rules to view and edit your rules. Rules can include minimum order values, product category bonuses, team overrides, and qualification requirements.
What are payout limits?
Payout limits set maximum commission amounts per period or per transaction. They help you understand your earning potential and plan accordingly. The app shows your current earnings relative to any applicable limits so you can track your compensation.
