Dashboard

The Dashboard ("Home" tab) is your start screen. It is made of sections, e.g. "Your Day Today" with today's tasks, appointments and low stock, "My Goals", "Daily Check-in", "Financial Summary" and "Recent Activity".

Tap the sliders button next to your name to open "Customize Home": drag sections to reorder them and switch them on or off. Some sections only appear if the related feature is enabled for your account.

The Dashboard ("Home" tab) is made of sections you can reorder or hide under "Customize Home" (sliders button):

• "Your Day Today" — what's due today
• "My Goals" and "Daily Check-in"
• "Financial Summary" — this month's "Revenue", "Net Profit" and "Spending"; revenue and spending also show the change from last month. It appears once you have revenue or spending this month; "View" opens your finances.
• "Recent Activity"
• "Awaiting Delivery" — orders not delivered yet (off by default; switch it on under "Customize Home")

Tap the round button (FAB) in the middle of the tab bar. On the Dashboard it offers four quick actions: "Add Contact", "Add Order", "Add Appointment" and "Add Expense". You can swap them for others, e.g. "Add Product" or "Manual Invoice" (see "How do I customize the action button?"). On other screens the button shows the actions for that screen.

Tap the round button (FAB) in the middle of the tab bar to open your quick actions. While the menu is open, tap "Customize" (gear icon).

There you can reorder your actions and swap them for others, e.g. "Add Product" or "Show My QR Code". Your choices are saved automatically for your account on this phone.

Holding the FAB starts Voice Command instead.

Press and hold the center FAB, then speak a command — for example to open a screen or start creating a customer, order, or appointment. An on-screen "Listening…" indicator shows while you hold; release to send.

The app transcribes what you said and then either opens the matching screen, pre-fills a form for you to confirm before it runs, or — if it isn't a recognized command — opens the AI Assistant with your words as a question.

The first time, you'll be asked to enable voice commands: a short recording is sent to Amazon Transcribe (AWS, in the EU), used only to return the transcript, not stored, and not used to train AI. Microphone access is required.

Voice Command is available to everyone.
